Project:
Infographic
Design Goals:
The infomercial that I created was to correspond with a news analysis paper I wrote for a class. I researched and collected data from several news sources about how the tragic Australian Wildfires that began mid 2019. To achieve the look of the infographic I utilized a cite called Canva. The strategy I used to create the design is first by recognizing my target audience. My target audience was recognized to be college students, earth lovers, and animal lovers. I utilized a new trend “boho theme” with all white, some greens and beige. I followed a design that will intrigue my target audience by incorporating those colors and pictures of animals. My infographic also includes information about what the future has in store for Australia after the wildfires and where to go to help.

Project: Travel Blog
Design Goals:
I created this travel blog as a part of a school project. Exploring the world and sharing my experiences online have been my top two hobbies these past few years. I decided the main focus of my project should be on what I love to do. The project I have compiled throughout this course reflects a creative side of my personality and my hobbies represented in my website. My website is a travel blog consisting of weekly posts including pictures, videos and podcasts. In these posts I share my experiences and lessons that I have learned along the way. In order to pass on the information I used specific tools to accomplish my project like specific technologies for creating content (Adobe Photoshop, Soundcloud, Premiere Pro, Audacity, Screencast, etc.), data from sources for reliability, analysis of target audience to give what the audience wants, and following legal policies to protect myself. Using these strategies my overall goal of this project was to inspire my audience to pick up their feet, explore the world and maybe even help other people too!
